| Double arch bridge is the unique structure in China, which meets the development needs of the conditions at that time for it' s material saving, short project time, handsome modelling, light construction, etc.The bridge has swept the land of China in the 1960 s to 1980 s and has made a significant contribution for the development of the national transportation. However, the bridge's problem of aging and cracking is increasingly serious, caused by the limit of design and construction level, overload and unforeseen natural disaster, which has made a huge incident fault for traffic. So, there will be great significance of accurate assessment of the technical grade of old bridge and reasonable choice of reinforcement rencently. To this end, on the basis of characteristic and causes of double arch bridge's typical disease, finite element simulation, gray correlation solving of typical diseases and correction of weight coefficient were specially researched in this paper.Specific work as follows:(1)Using Midas Civil built the grillage model of each typical disease to solve structural internal force in disease excitation; The gray correlation theory is introduced to find the correlation of each disease.(2)Using Correlation results revised corresponding weight coefficient of old bridge technology rating of superstructure and substructure and components of superstructure(deck system only affects the using function of the bridge, has little effect on the mechanical behavior of the structure).(3)The technical grade assessment after revising was used for the basis of maintenance and reinforcement combing with routine test results of South Bridge.(4)Two kinds of reinforcement were adopted according to the technical rating results and actural disease of South Bridge.By comparing with strengthening effect and economy, pasting plate on arch rib of South Bridge was determined, then analyzing the carrying capacity of integral structure after reinforcement. |
