The past two decades, with the social progress and economic development, China’s community commerce began to move toward standardization and modernization. The emergence of new business models in the community-community commercial centers. It first appeared in the United States, about a 1950s development. Community Business Development Formation abroad in the form of modern retail presentation, community commercial centers is their main form of expression. But in China, the community commercial center is still in the early stages of development. It is by virtue of its consumer experience, convenient features, and unique environment for consumers and industry form deeply attracted a vast number of consumers. Currently developers, businesses, consumers concerned about the community commercial from internal environment to external environment, Left outside environment in the early planning and design in the area of the earlier increase the number. Community commercial centers on the one hand the external environment and internal environment together become an important means of marketing your business, on the other hand can be an ideal place to relax the surrounding residents, play a role in urban public green space. Good Community Commerce environment outside the commercial center can assist business climate, serve to attract consumers and increase the role of commercial profits. The design of community commercial centers’outdoor environmental is an important issue to architects and landscape designers.Firstly, the concept of the modern community commerce and social background, community commercial centers outside the proposed Environmental Design Research Significance and methods, and find relevant theoretical research. The second chapter talks from the history of the community commerce at home and abroad, talk about landscape design from the point of view of economics, architecture point of view, by thinking outside of the community commercial center environments. The third chapter is to provide outdoor environmental design research community commercial centers of the theoretical basis and research point of view, in the surrounding communities of consumer psychology and behavior based on the analysis, the external environment designed to meet the needs of their consumer experience.
