In recent years,the new strategy of flood control and disaster mitigation is to manage the risk of flood disaster and to adjust the human-water relationship.The river improvement is not just flood control as before,it is tend to reduce the disaster,utilize the water resources and improve the ecological environment gradually.If human want to make full use of flood resources,changing the disaster to the benefit,firstlywe need have a clear understanding to the flood and its mechanism.Also,we should research the behavior of flood which can help us understandit basicallyand how to control it effective.The study of flood must be enhanced to the simulation as well.Therefore the rapid,accurate,obvious and effective prediction method for flood occurrence time,place,range and intensity can be offered,thus the decision support for utilization of flood resource can be provided.This paper is based on the software of MIKE-21,Arc GISand Google Earth,the lower reaches of Weihe river in Shanxi province as an example,to research the dynamic visualization system of flood routing,which based on the MIKE-GE.The purpose of this paper is to build the flood routing model for a wide range of areas.Surrounding the disaster simulation and performance from Google earth,this paper is including following parts:(1)MIKE-21 hydrodynamic module to build two-dimensional flood routing model,and using triangular mesh dissection structure calculation domain to simulate the flooding routing in the research area.And then,this paper tendto compare with experimental data and simulated date,which is used to verify the rationality of the model;(2)This paper is to put forward the foundational idea and method of digital date,which is combined with Arc GIS and Google Earth in research area.It is not only realize the digital modeling of terrain,roads,bridges and other water conservancy projects,but also implement the import and integration of the foundational geographical data in Google Earth database.(3)Through forming the KML file,this paper is to put forward a flood routing performance method combined with MIKE 21 and Google Earth,which tend to realize the dynamic visual display during flood routing;(4)This paper is to design the overall framework of flood routing dynamic visualization system,and tend to realize the user interaction,simulated performance,interface reserved and so on.It is not only verify the experiment of key technologies and methods,but also provide the decision support for studies area of flood control and disaster mitigation.
