Computer interlocking system is an important part of high-speed railway signal system and control system of station, directly related to safety of train traveling. With high-speed railway construction carrying out, passenger dedicated line opening and operating, how to effectively training technicians and students, in terms of principle of computer interlocking system of high-speed railway and method of operation and interlocking testing of railway signal, is an increasingly prominent problem. Traditional training and teaching mode is rigid and lack of combining with the actual equipment. The existing computer simulation training equipment is mostly one or more separate station simulation, mainly for train operation technicians training, which is lack of interlocking test method training and troubleshooting step training. High speed railway computer interlocking system of training equipment is scanty. It does not correspond with the actual equipment operation, which makes the training environment is different from working. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a simulation training system of computer interlocking for high-speed railway, which has high degree of simulation of computer interlocking operating environment, integration of rich training materials, allow technicians to quickly get started to work, students quickly to become familiar to equipment principle and characteristics in teaching process.Firstly, the thesis analyze the main hierarchical structure and functional principle of computer based interlocking system, as well as its features of system function and structure showed in high-speed railway. According to different training content of students, train operation technicians and signal and communication technicians, the system should have the following training functions: interlocking basic conception, station train operation and step of signal interlocking testing. To cover requirement of different training objects, and make the system more close to actual operating situation, the system basic structure is designed for annular structure with three stations and for sections. And the training function is integrated on human machine interaction of station. The stations of system are testing station of computer based interlocking system, high-speed railway station and example station of 6502 textbook. And automatic block section, semi-automatic block section, CTCS-2 and CTCS-3 section are selected, which are widely used.The simulation training system includes station interlocking simulator, station equipment simulator and section simulator. The station interlocking simulator has human machine interaction, interlocking control function, and training and examination function. The station equipment simulator has equipment simulation function, setting fault interlocking relationship and train moving function. The section simulator has train moving function, track circuit coding function and signal aspect and indication function. The whole system adopts Ethernet communication between station interlocking simulator, station equipment simulator and section simulator. In fully understanding the requirement analysis and planning system basic structure, the emphasis of thesis is design and implementation process of section simulator and interlocking control functions of station simulator. Interlocking control functions include general interlocking function, high-speed railway special interlocking function, analog fault interlocking relationship processing function, interaction between interlocking and training function and external communication interface. The high-speed railway special interlocking functions contain overlap protection, turning on or off signal, yellow flash yellow aspect of home signal, departure guiding route function, releasing route at once and receiving restriction function.Applying computer simulation technology and object-oriented software development technology, using VC++ based on MFC framework,the thesis completes the above function module programming, and integrates system to work properly. High-speed railway computer based interlocking simulation training system show interlocking operating in different stations and operation situation of different format sections, integrate rich training content and training operations exercises. Training objects can use system self-learning and self-practicing, which realizes step-by-step training and teaching and has splendid interactivity and user experience. The system is closed to practical computer based interlocking system, have good scalability, cover the vast majority of existing interlocking operation situation, integrate complete railway signal training knowledge and detailed operating exercise.Currently, the simulation training system, used in the computer interlocking laboratory of Xihua University and communication and signal division of Lanzhou west, can obtain good training effect in practical application from user feedback.
