Wireless communication technology is improving the quality of people’s lives, and is consequently continuing to promote the social progress and development, playing an increasingly crucial role in human society.ZigBee wireless communication technique, a more important means of information communication, is a brand new information interception and processing technique, by integrating the four technologies: wireless communication, network, embedded computing and sensor. ZigBee is capable of real-time monitoring all the information in the monitoring area under different conditions, processing the information collected and sending to the needed users. With the advantages of low speed, low power consumption and short distance, ZigBee is a wireless network protocol designed for the control network and sensor of low speed. The ZigBee wireless protocol meets the resource requirement of low complexity and has a standard specification, making it different from other common wireless protocols.At present, the needs of a real-time monitoring in temperature humidity and collecting other information are progressively rising in Chinese industries, such as the breeding and manufacturing industries; and it is unattainable to realize a real-time remote measurement and control in the most areas yet to be monitored as it is difficult to wire in some complex environment and dangerous regions. Thus, a remote wireless temperature humidity monitoring system based on the ZigBee technology is designed to research and expand the application, making all the data monitored in every application range can be sent precisely to the specified users in real time without delay. The system can be used in various environments and even in some dangerous fields.The main research content of the paper includes:(1) Grounded in the actual needs of the research, the paper selects ZigBee technology as the wireless communication technique, and adopts the most typical CC2530 chip, DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor and MQ-2 gas sensor of the SOC solution as the best option in the system application.(2) After the determination of the whole design project, for ZigBee node, the paper designs the PCB core-board, sensor conditioning circuit, power module circuit, power management module circuit, communication module circuit and relevant interface circuit.(3) To achieve the remote wireless measure and control of the temperature and humidity in the target zone, the paper designs and compiles the source programs of ZigBee terminal and coordinator, and writes in the device. The paper designs measure and control software on both the PC terminal and the handheld Android device.The paper tests the remote wireless temperature and humidity measure and control system based on ZigBee technology on the PC terminal and Android terminal finally. The remote measure and control is successfully achieved and the test result shows that the good compatibility of the hardware and the measure and control feasibility of the software designed by the paper can well meet the application needs. |
