At present, urban infrastructure construction investment is insufficient, drainage facilities construction is short, urban drainage pipe network and national requirements of a certain distance.As of 2009, a total of four districts of Lanzhou 656 km drainage network, which in the 1980 s accounted for prior to the pipeline network 301 kilometers, accounting for 46% of total pipe network, the presence of these pipe network obsolescence, no diversion of rainwater sewage problem, and urban drainage network in some areas without coverage.Lanzhou is organizing the implementation of urban sewage, "the whole process the whole collection" project, which requires the construction of 357 km pipeline network, five sewage pump stations, three sewage treatment plants, especially this year to complete the main project, the workload is very large, very schedule tension.At present, on the theoretical basis of the existing drainage pipeline engineering,pipe jacking construction explored new construction technology, more buildings in large cities, the laying of pipe network usually requires the pipe jacking engineering technology. In this paper, to pipe jacking construction technology as the core,combined with our country drainage pipeline construction technology, pipe jacking technology theoretical knowledge and practical experience, drawing on the domestic and foreign to the sewage collection research results of pipeline construction, pipeline construction process design and control technology are discussed, the use of risk analysis of knowledge, analysis of the pipe jacking technology in the implementation of risk. The main results are as follows:(1)Through the study of drainage pipeline engineering theory knowledge,analyzes the existing drainage pipeline construction technology, to determine the Lanzhou municipal sewage whole collection engineering pipe construction technology,pipe jacking construction method is the best choice for the Lanzhou municipal sewage whole collection engineering of pipeline construction project.(2) Discusses the basic principles of the construction technology of pipe jacking method, by the composition of the tool pipe or pipe jacking machine, work well and receive well, iron roof, main push device relay station, excavation of the guide, the back wall, jacking pipe, soil delivering device, lifting device on the ground,measurement and correction system, grouting system, power supply and lighting,ventilation and ventilation system and auxiliary construction etc., each system complement each other constitute the drainage pipeline project.(3) In order to ensure the smooth construction process, we have carried out a detailed description of the construction process and construction process, and theconstruction of the common problems and construction of the main control points were summarized.
