China's urbanization process has entered a stage of rapid development,and the available space on the urban ground is becoming less and less,making the development and utilization of urban underground space an inevitable trend of development.Due to the influence of high-density building(structure)and traffic pipe network,many pipe laying and pipeline relocation projects have adopted the pipe jacking construction technology.The advantage of the pipe jacking method is that it avoids surface excavation or less excavation,and has the advantages of reducing the impact on the surrounding environment,avoiding traffic jams,reducing construction risks,and short construction period and low cost.The traditional pipe jacking method mainly includes the extrusion method and the water flushing method.Compared with the complex geographical environment of the city and the layout of the underground pipelines,these traditional methods can not meet the requirements of underground construction in modern cities.Since the beginning of the 1950s,China has used the pipe jacking method for the first time.With the continuous development of pipe jacking technology,the pipe jacking construction equipment manufacturing technology has been continuously improved,and the emergence of mud-water balanced pipe jacking machine has made China's pipe jacking technology reach the world's advanced level.Therefore,the research on the construction technology of the pipe jacking method is of great significance to the development and utilization of urban underground space.This paper mainly relies on the construction of the sewage pipeline relocation project of the railway station station under construction of Foshan Metro Line 3,and participates in the project preparation and construction site management to carry out relevant research on the key technologies of sewage pipe jacking construction.The pipe jacking project studied in this subject is in the water-rich soft soil quality,and the sand liquefaction is serious,which makes the water-stopping reinforcement of the soil layer around the borehole wall when working and receiving wells become a technical difficulty of the project.The pipe jacking area is close to the intensive traffic section near the railway station.Due to the influence of soft soil quality,the disturbance to the surrounding land is likely to cause land subsidence during the process of tunneling and pipe jacking.The traffic deconstruction in the early stage and the control jacking in the pipe jacking process The rate and the resistance reduction measures are critical during the construction process.The pipe jacking construction section is adjacent to the Foshan Maternity Hospital.This paper studies the protection measures for adjacent buildings(structures)and develops a monitoring plan to conduct early warning monitoring of the Foshan Maternity Hospital and the ground around the construction area.Settlement before and after construction to ensure that the entire construction process meets safety regulations.Figure[36]table[19]reference[54]...
