Wind, solar, biomass are widely made which are green renewable energy. They are green, efficient and low cost, which is of great significance for the improvement of the ecological environment, living environment and achieving sustainable economic development. Wind power, solar power, biomass power generation are today mature renewable energy technologies, and they can respectively meet the demand for electricity life and gas. Considering the wind power, solar power, biomass power three kinds of new energy power generation in time and space complementary, we designed the wind solar biomass co-generation device, and made the overall modular design, capacity optimization configuration, structural optimization design and practical analysis, aimed at determining the specific structure, promoting its practical application.The modular design method is used to the overall design of the wind solar biomass co-generation device. On the basis of its energy conversion principle and operation control strategies, its modular functional analysis and module division, the device is divided into five modules: fan module, solar module, biogas module, control module and storage module. With the minimal economic cost of the wind solar biomass co-generation device as the optimization goal, this paper established the Mathematical Models based on genetic algorithm for optimal al ocation of capacity. And as the background of natural resources in Hebei Hengshui area, using MATLAB software simulation, obtain optimal system capacity configuration of meeting user needs and complete module selection. On the basis of the detailed analysis of the structure of the dimensions of the power module, the system is modular combination, to determine the basic components and structure parameter of the wind solar biomass co-generation device. The wind solar biomass co-generation device was evaluated from economic, environmental and social aspects. The results show that, the wind solar biomass co-generation device has good comprehensive benefit. This paper completed the structural optimization of the wind solar biomass co-generation device, to make multi energy co-generation device to the practical application further.
