Due to energy resources and ecological environment, all countries in the world put the energy strategy referred to the important position, develop "clean alternative" to guarantee the sustainable development of energy security, energy security and ecological environment.Electricity as the most widely used clean secondary energy received wide attention of all countries, but coal combustion will produce a lot of pollution gases destroy the ecological environment. Scenery power generation due to its clean and renewable became the focus of energy at a time.Rich in wind energy and solar energy resources. The solar energy and wind energy resources in geography and resources characteristics of the above-mentioned existing complementary,so establishing wind-light complementary system conducive to the smooth wind and solar power generating set power output curve, reduce the impact on the power grid operation and the need of load power supply, and improve the efficiency of the use of land resources.But the uncertainty of wind-solar power generation still makes connected to the grid unsafe.In order to ensure the reliability of the maximum grid-connected power generation requires a certain amount of spare capacity ready to power grid.This paper describes the background and significance of scenery storage power generation system spinning reserve capacity study, summarized the research status at home and abroad about the scenery storage power generation system spinning reserve capacity, and presented an overview of the main contents of this paper.Secondly,introduces the theory scenery storage power generation system spinning reserve theory, the theory of uncertainty planning and intelligent algorithm, laid the theoretical foundation for this study.Using reliability larger than a certain confidence level as constraint,using minimize the cost of spinning reserve purchase as the target to determine the best capacity of scenery storage power generation system for the optimal spinning reserve.Finally, to a group consisting of 12 generators power system model and an example of the established method for authentication to verify the feasibility of this model.
