At present, thermal power generation is still the backbone of the development of modern society.In view of the requirement of building a harmonious society and developing the circular economy, the influence of the development of thermal power technology on the environment and the influence of the resources on the environment can not be created. On the other hand, with the rapid development of the information age and intelligent gradually integrated into the life and society, which makes the development of electric power communication network more attention.Therefore, it should explore new ways of development of thermal power technology, and truly meet the requirements of a harmonious society. At the same time, we should improve the reliability and security of power communication network to adapt to the security,stability and high quality operation of electric power enterprises.This paper firstly analyzes the network structure of the power communication network, and analyzes the characteristics of the power communication network and the special business requirements, so as to determine the potential impact of the power communication network reliability of the various restrictive factors.Article takes the hierarchical research method of electric power communication system reliability are classified, in Handan Matou Power communication network as the research object, on the network transmission network, business network and support network system of stratification, and construction of various levels of reliability index is proposed through fuzzy hierarchy analysis method to calculate the weight of every index, the comprehensive evaluation index system of electric power communication network design.The article focuses on the analysis of the fiber communication, from the network transmission, equipment, operation, human resources, management and other business level analysis, in addition to the transmission of optical fiber transmission relay protection signal system reliability analysis, through the actual network to verify the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to establish the reliability model of relay protection.Finally, validate the reliability evaluation model of the relay protection channel by the simulation and the feasibility, which proves reasonable and practical power plant electric power communication network reliability evaluation system proposed in this paper.
