| With the rapid development of China’s economy, the application of electrical equipment become more and more extensive,the demand for electrical equipment is also growing. At the same time,various accidents occurred frequently because of electrical equipment failure which make us have to strengthen the management and maintenance of electrical equipment. The key to improve product quality and protect the lives and property safety of people is to seek solutions to improve the operation ability and utilization rate of the equipment,reduce the problem caused by equipment failure.Electrical equipment testing work is not only a prerequisite to safe operation of electrical equipment,but also a critical and basic part.The AC voltage withstand test is the most important part of the electrical test,It exerts a certain voltage on the tested product, and keep for a certain time, in order to judge the ability of how the test sample insulated withstand to various voltage, thus ensuring the safe operation of the equipment. Due to the existence of the "capacity rise phenomenon" in the AC voltage withstand, it will cause serious damage to the insulation strength of the test sample in practical work.This thesis focuses on the status of boost system and measurement of the withstand voltage device. The boost system is selected by comparing with the traditional voltage transformer boost system and the parallel resonant boost system. The measurement device is selected by comparing with three different methods in working principle, advantages and disadvantages: to measure the capacitance-rised voltage in low voltage by voltage transformer, measure voltage with direct measurement device and measure voltage by using the capacitance-rised voltage protection and a gap metal oxide lightning arrester comprehensive tester. Through the comparison, the withstand voltage testing device which composed with traditional voltage transformer boost system and comprehensive tester is deemed to be the appropriate one.The determination of boost device regulates its usage. And the comprehensive tester can reflect the true voltage balue of the tested product by measuring the loop voltage, using the methods of protecting, isolating, phase-reversing and phase-shifting tomake a secondary superposition of tested voltage and voltage transformer. The comprehensive tester has gotten a patent with patent number ZL201220128081.X which solves the problem of capacitance-rised voltage testing in withstand voltage,ensure the accuracy and practicality of capacitance-rised voltage testing. With all the experience,it developed a complete and feasible set of management system and safety production process of voltage test device in distribution network field application to strengthen the safety of the construction process control, so as to prevent the occurrence of accidents. |
