Energy is an important basic material for human survival,which is closely related to the development of human society.As the increasing energy consumption the sustainability of the energy supplying has become more Serious.The energy consumption in the process of building construction and building in using accounts for half of the global energy consumption.Building energy efficiency has attracted much more attention from all over the world.As China consuming much number of energy for the building construction,it has accounted for more than 35% of the society total energy consumption.Now,the building energy consumption in the Yangtze River Zone grows fast,and the major climate characteristic in this zone is hot in summer and cold in winter,so cooling and heating are all necessary both in summer and winter.The special climate feature makes the building energy efficiency in this zone be a world challenge.In order to keep pace with the expected growth and energy supply,efficient wall structures needs to be an important consideration in the overall design of all buildings based on energy using characters in hot summer and cold winter zone.The typical energy using characteristics of this area is intermittent energy usage in one room or one hall.Based on this energy using characteristics,analysis performed in this study include a dynamic,three dimensional heat transfer model that examine the intermittent heating and cooling loads in a typical living space in Hangzhou.Different wall structures(non-insulation structure,exterior insulation structure,or interior insulation structure)can have different influences on the energy efficiency in buildings based on year-round energy consumption,typical day energy consumption and heat flux flow through inner face of walls.Results conclude that the interior insulation structure provides the largest reduction of energy consumption in buildings when compared to the other wall structures in a hot summer and cold winter zone.Year-round energy consumption of air conditioning: energy consumption of interior insulation structure is 11.2% lower than the external insulation wall structure in summer and 8.7% in winter.In a whole year of hot summer and cold winter zone interior insulation wall structure can save 2190.65 MJ energy.While the energy consumption of exterior insulation wall structure can reduce about 1569.05 MJ.Typical day energy consumption: energy consumption of interior insulation structure is 18.9% lower than the external insulation wall structure in summer and 13.4% in winter.Heat flow per area: the summer and winter typical day air conditioning running period of heat preservation interior insulation structure of heat flux is lower than the external insulation wall structure 11.7% in summer and 12.45% in winter.Then according to the characteristics of intermittent energy consumption,living habits of residents have further impact on building energy efficiency.For example,different habit of using air condition can result in different energy consumption.There are three different kinds of energy consumption situation,then what about their energy consumption.Results show that under the condition of without affecting the indoor comfort temperature,the intermittent working state of turn down air condition when go to bed and keep it closed next morning in weekdays is performed the best situation in saving energy.It can save about 6140.738 MJ for a whole year.Thus saving energy is not only the task of the country,in case of without affecting the comfort of living condition,shut down air conditioning when leave the apartment,for one's demand to turn on or turn off air condition.Personnel behavior has significantly influence on air conditioning energy consumption in hot summer and cold winter zone.Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of building energy consumption,I hope that the development of building energy efficiency in hot summer and cold winter zone can make some difference on energy saving effect of wall structures.
