High Titanium Slag is a industrial solid waste in Panxi region,make up normal concrete as concrete aggregate because of its material stability and non-pollution,and has been widely used in engineering.As a new building material,It can reduce environmental pollution and mitigate the problem of the natural sandstone shortage.Self-Compacting Concrete(SCC)has been widely used at home and abroad,bcause of its high fluidity,stability,homogeneity and easy to construct.Researching and using that High Titanium Slag make up SCC can improve its comprehensive development and utlization.Using that High Titanium Slag replace ordinary sand and gravel make up Complex High Titanium Slag SCC.The study of High Titanium Slag sand and gravel,on the basis of abroad design methods of SCC,High Titanium Slag SCC basic mix proportion has been designed and calculated,has been tested working performance and mechanical property.Then by expermental study the influence that the paramenters of mix calculation affect the performance of High Titanium Slag SCC.In the end,according to the good absorption of water and large porosity of High Titanium Slag,High Titanium Slag SCC has been tesed resistance to water penetration and shrinkage strain,analysised the characteristics compared to normal concrete.The resukts of the study has great reference value that High Titanium Slag SCC is researched and used.The testing result indicated the following conclusions:(1)Based on the High Titanium Slag research,the result is High Titanium Slag gravel 24 h water absorption 12%,saturated dry surfuce water absorption 4%;High Titanium Slag sand 24 h water absorption 12%,saturated dry surfuce water absorption 11.5%,greater than the regulations of norm;the surface of its is rough porous.On the basis of 5-20 mm continuous grading the gravel has been screen,on the basis of ?district continuous grading the sand has been screen.(2)Based on the good absorption of water of High Titanium Slag,the of computing method of the actual water consumption and the actual demand has been presented;based on the large porosity of High Titanium Slag and measurement of trouble,sand consumption has been calculated.(3)Based on the research that the paramenters of mix calculation affect the working performance and mechanical property of High Titanium Slag SCC,the optimum consumption of the paramenters has been presented.the amount of additive 1.8%,water-binder ratio 0.44-0.46,the amount of fly ash 25%,sand ratio 0.58,the proportion of coarse aggreate size 4:6,High Titanium Slag self-compacting concrete has better the working performance and mechanical property.(4)Through High Titanium Slag SCC penetration test,achieved impermeability grade?P26,the average of height seepage is 22.4mm;Through High Titanium Slag SCC shrinkage deformation test,achieved the curve of time-varying.The analysis compared with normal concrete,High Titanium Slag SCC have penetrating quality of resisting to water and the quality of resisting to shringkage distortion.
