Along with economic development and social progress,the demand for energy is booming,overall demand for conventional source of energy is outstripping supply.At the same time,the worldwide substantial use of conventional source of energy has caused environmental pollution and ecological deterioration.Therefore the new energy development and application has become the inevitable trend of the future. Solar energy is a very potential new energy and solar photovoltaic power is currently one of the utilization pattems.The solar photovoltaic power will play an important role in alleviating the energy crisis and reducing the environmental pollution and has a bright prospect of applications.In this thesis, the intelligent PV module is directly connected in series with the DC device, has high energy conversion efficiency, the use of modular design, the system structure is flexible.Pv integration module power generation system is to connect each photovoltaic modules have a which has the function of MPPT high-gain DC/DC converter, then the power grid, so that greatly increase the efficiency of photovoltaic modules.And each photovoltaic module has independent MPPT, enhances the system anti shadow ability.Then,a front-end DC module based on the flyback converter is designed.which has the advantages such as simple structure,high voltage gain, low voltage ripple,easy to series and parallel,electrical isolation between input and output,etc.This integrated system is mainly composed of photovoltaic cells, power circuit, modulation circuit, sensor circuit, A/D conversion circuit, the CPU control board and Zigbee communication module, etc.Power circuit mainly includes the transformation circuit, high frequency transformer and rectifier circuit.The signal acquired from the sensor circuit go to A/D conversion after conditioned by conditioning circuit. A/D conversion output to the CPU for the corresponding operation and control,then through real-time monitoring ZigBee communication module is transferred to the upper machine.Thesis first expounds the current development of Pv integration module power generation system, the characteristics of the DC/DC controller, the working principle of single correct excitation converter.On the basis of the analysis and research on the single correct excitation converter topology and control method on the circuit modeling,simulation and validated.On account of the issues that the voltage characteristics of photovoltaic cells has a strong nonlinearity, the load adaptability is poor and the output power of the photovoltaic cell changes with the light intensity and temperature, etc. A nonlinear-control maximum power point tracking(MPPT) algorithm with sine perturb based on incremental conductance method is proposed,and the series-parallel characteristics of multiple PV integration module are analyzed and studied.After finish design based on TMS320F103ZET6 CPU control circuit, the power circuit, condition circuit and the sensors sampling circuit are made.And the PWM,the A/D conversion and the serial port communication program are designed and debugged,etc.Based on the requirements of Zigbee communication module,corresponding communication protocol and serial communication program are designed.
