With the measurement of specific measurement parameters, liquid level meter is widely used in petrochemical industry, industrial process control, medical pharmaceutical, food processing and other fields.According to the 《JJG 971-2002 》liquid level gauge calibration and equal precision measurement, this paper designs a set of automated remote calibration device for 4m.Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of calculation results.1.Analysis and comparison of the current mainstream liquid level meter type, principle, measurement accuracy, and their respective verification and calibration method. And taking the radar liquid level gauge, the servo liquid level gauge, the magnetostrictive liquid level gauge as an example to do the calibration analysis.2.According to the verification regulation of liquid level gauge,a set of 4m liquid level meter and 20 m ray liquid level gauge is designed. The integrated level of the remote calibration device of the liquid level gauge is high, which can guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the calibration and calibration, and overcome the problem of the 2m above can only be used to simulate the verification.3.According to the requirements of the actual device calibration and calibration, design the corresponding device PLC control box,and write a set of LabVIEW based liquid level meter remote calibration procedures, data remote communication, storage and processing,as well as the rapid generation of reports and other functions.4.Calibration of the remote calibration device of liquid level gauge with high precision magnetic grid scale, and analyze the experimental results.Calculation and verification of the uncertainty of the device by using GUM.Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of calculation results.
