The Program Design Of Gauge Comparator With High Precision And Digitalzation

This dissertation mainly discussed about the work principle of gauge comparator, analyzed the calibration uncertainty and the characters of gauge, and designed the program. Through PC-7423(12 bits 16 circuits optics isolation A/D converter) we can realized the data collecting and processing in real time and high precision-digitized during the test of gauge comparator. This program is developed for Movomatic comparator produced by Gary Co. Ltd in Switzerland, also designed for the interface of PC-7423, because of using 12bits A/D converter, its binary system precision is up to 12 bits.After completion of this task, the reading from the dial by traditional mechanic-contacted test can be replaced by the reading directly from the monitor of computer gauge comparator, and the precision is very high, under all conditions are satisfied in the laboratory, its precision can be as high as 0.01 u m. We can also improve the test precision in the future, since the program has its replaceability.
