Prefabricated building is used prefabricated components which produced in factory then assembly connected, part of cast-in-place construction in site.Compared with the traditional building, the prefabricated building is more environmentally friendly, and the technology content of construction industry is improved.Prefabricated building is at the early stage. To make the prefabricated building development, the construction safety management problems must be solved.Establishing prefabricated building construction safety assessment system is only part of the safety management work, only by establishing scientific and accurate prefabricated building construction safety evaluation system can make our safety degree of prefabricated building make an accurate judgment.But at present, the research on the safety evaluation of prefabricated building construction is still in initial stage. There are many problems like lack of comprehensive evaluation index system, the evaluation method is not scientific, and so on.Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a thorough research on the safety evaluation of prefabricated building construction, and put forward a set of scientific and accurate evaluation system and evaluation method.This paper firstly analyzes the research status of assembly building, safety evaluation and their development trends. On the basis of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper summarizes the cause of the accident, and analyzes the characteristics of the construction, to the current level of prefabricated construction development and safety evaluation have systematic carding.On the basis of the theory, risk source identification, characteristics and safety evaluation index of the construction safety evaluation initial index, the construction safety evaluation index system is set up. Expert assessment scores for each indicator data as a basis, according to some provinces and regions on a trial basis of prefabricated building construction safety regulations and requirements, combined with the actual situation of the construction site, determined the index quantitative standard, as the basis of expert scoring.Using the theory of rough set attribute reduction, the prefabricated building construction safety evaluation initial index system for reduction optimization, due to the evaluation of the problem there is no decision attribute, so this article uses the discernibility matrix and logical operation to reduction of index set, remove redundant indicators, reduce the work of safety evaluation, at the same time increased the accuracy of the evaluation.Using the abovemethod, selected prefabricated building construction projects as samples,reduced the initial index data to form the evaluation index system of prefabricated building construction safety.In order to overcome the subjectivity of the evaluation method, this paper analyzes the advantages attribute applied mathematics,and studies the prefabricated construction safety evaluation method based on mathematical properties.On the basis of pre-defined definition of the attribute set and attribute space,Attribute space division and orderly division, attribute algebra and measurable space, attribute measure and attribute measure space.The paper studies the processes of attribute mathematics application in prefabricated building construction safety evaluation.Research is mainly focused on the single index attribute measure,multi-index comprehensive attribute measure and attribute recognition method.In the end of this paper, the project of Shenyang City, which is a sample of the metro project is selected, and the safety evaluation model of the prefabricated building construction is verified and analyzed, and some suggestions and measures are put forward to improve the safety level of the project.The results show that this method can greatly simplify the calculation process, and better reflect the safety situation of the building construction, and provided technical support for the prefabricated building construction safety evaluation.
