This paper is the development based on Embedded System VxWorks and the tornado development tools of software of man-machine interface, focusing on the VxWorks graphic development and formation of WindML control system of man-machine interface design, interactive design of man-machine interface and peripheral equipment, data interaction design, and summarizes the general process of man-machine interface design, the specific work of the project are as follows:(1) First, VxWorks System were in-depth study, fully understand the strong real-time embedded operating system, the system composition and running mechanism of knowledge, understand the development tools tornado and introduces the use of tornado, studied under VxWorks based 2D graphics library WindML installation and configuration.(2) The in-depth study of the entire project, fully understand the man-machine interface module to complete the task, full analysis, timely build the architecture of the man-machine interface module, completes the man-machine interface of the requirement analysis and detailed design, according to the modular design step by step in completing the project required style interface and a variety of functions and achieve them one by one.(3) Combined with fire control system, photoelectric system to carry out the overall system alignment, to ensure that the man-machine interface drawing to achieve beautiful, in the data display to be accurate, in the interaction with the hardware to do the best. At last, the paper summarizes the key points and difficulties involved in the design and implementation process, puts forward the problems and deficiencies, and improves and improves as much as possible.At present, the project has been successfully delivered, the man-machine system module in the whole system running well also use process. Successful completion of this project for the future in the man-machine interface and interactive development has laid a foundation to the valuable reference for the future development of the interface.
