Improved method of training,strengthen the training efforts is currently the main way to improve the level of the actual operation of the crew.At present,the training of the crew is mainly used in the physical simulation and the hardware in the loop simulation.This approach not only requires the purchase of expensive hardware in the simulation and the hardware in the loop simulation,but also has a high requirement on the training ground and the maintenance personnel.With the rapid development of computer technology,the use of cloud computing,virtual reality technology,network technology and distributed technology,which based on B / S structure of the crew training and assessment methods become possible,and will eventually become a trend of modern crew training in practical operation.This method has little investment,Easy maintenance,low cost,readily available and other characteristics.This paper will study the training and evaluation method of B/S architecture based on the in-depth study of the computing technology crew,build on the feasibility of B/S crew training and evaluation platform based on cloud,including cloud computing and its successful introduction and application of cloud computing for crew training and evaluation of the significance of intelligence;develop intelligent crew training and evaluation system the use of standards and norms,including the development environment,database environment,software modeling,simulation platform to compare and select,the crew training and evaluation system has a certain degree of scalability,easy to post evaluation into various seaman subsystem,easy to import all kinds of 3D models,facilitate the assessment database update;to intelligent compressed air system assessment and auxiliary ships intelligent Evaluation boiler system as an example,function design and realization method of the intelligent crew training and evaluation;research on the evaluation method of the crew intelligence assessment,establishing mathematical model of crew intelligent evaluation using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,introduced the concept of weight in the process of establishing the model,with the crew intelligent evaluation requirements.
