With the rapid development of Chinese high-speed railway,Chinese high-speed EMU technology has made great progress.In order to achieve four modernizations of EMU(independence,unified style,standardization and serialization),the research and development about "standard EMU" began from 2013.The primary goal is that makes the EMU unified,linked each other and makes its standard parts exchanged easily to enhance the development quality of the Chinese high-speed railway.In that time,with the increasing distances and motorists of "Chinese standard EMU",its stability and security catch the eye of the railway administrations and engineers.As the main sup-porting component,the analysis about performance of standard EMU bogie frames becomes increasingly important.In order to ensure the standard of EMU trains can safely and smoothly along the country and around the world on both sides of the Changjiang River.We have to analyze the stress characteristics of the bogie frame by means of various analysis and test methods,and provide a preliminary reference for the optimization of the design stage.In this paper,the geometrical model of the standard EMU bogie frame is estab-lished by the 3D modeling software—SOLIDWORKS,and the solid model is imported to the finite element analysis software.The bogie frame of the standard EMU is ana-lyzed by the finite element analysis software,according to the results of the analysis,based on the JISE4207 standard and JISE4208 standard,the mechanical analysis and strength evaluation of the bogie frame is carried out.Based on the finite element analy-sis theory,the modal analysis is easy to find out the influence of the structure of the largest modal vibration mode,analysis of the weak links,and finally to analysis and research.Referring to the above research process,it serves the bogie frame design for the 350kilometers per hour speed grade standard EMU,besides,it provides a preliminary reference standard about establishing a high-speed EMU framework that conforms to our country's operation condition actually.
