At present, the turbocharger is used more and more widely in power machinery. The rotor system of turbocharger is often working under harsh conditions such as high temperature and high speed. When the rotor is subjected to external excitation force and unbalance, the resonance of each component of the rotor system is destroyed. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the dynamic analysis of the turbine rotor system. In order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system of the turbocharger, the dynamic characteristics of the floating ring bearing with high rotating speed are studied in this paper.Using the finite difference method, the oil film pressure of the inner and outer layer of the floating ring bearing is calculated by MATLAB programming. On the basis of the analysis and calculation of the dynamic characteristics of the floating ring bearing,4 stiffness coefficients and 4 damping coefficients of the floating ring bearing are obtained.Modal analysis of the rotor system is carried out,and the natural frequency of the system is obtained. And the influence of the centrifugal force and the gyro effect on the inherent characteristics of the rotor system is considered in the analysis. Finally, the critical speed of the rotor system is solved by drawing Campbell diagram.the harmonic response of the rotor system is analyzed, and the frequency domain curves of the rotor are obtained. The influence of the size and position of the unbalance force on the harmonic response of the rotor system is studied. Finally, the transient dynamic analysis of the rotor system is carried out.The response characteristics of the rotor system are studied. The influence of the speed rate and the unbalance of the rotor on the transient response of the rotor is analyzed. On this basis, the bearing capacity of the bearing is studied. The analysis of the rotor system can provide a theoretical reference for the design of the system.
