With the wide application of the turbocharger in the automotive industry, turbochargertechnology as an important means of strengthening the internal combustion engine, can greatlyimprove the output power of the engine, reducing the ratio of quality, but also can reduce energyconsumption, reduce emissions.Analysis and Research on the turbocharger floating ring bearinglubrication system is more accurately and effectively improve the service life of bearing and themonitoring of the fault.With the rapid development of computer graphics technology, visualsimulation technology and scientific computing, visualization technology has been used in a largenumber of the turbocharger, but visualization technology is not mature, for example in faultturbocharger lubrication system visualization aspects still need further study.Analysis of establishment and theory through the turbocharger floating ring bearing lubricationsystem oil film model in this paper, through the experimental platform is built to collect the oil filmpressure and the center of the rotor trajectory data.The collected data to a text document (txt) formatfor storage.Visual data processing module system mainly through the Griddata and interp1interpolation function using the MATLAB process on the oil film pressure data, and then theprogram package COM into components in order to visual interface module.Visual interface modulemainly uses VB language to design the visual interface, establishment and data interface processingmodule, and realized seamless connection with database and data processing module.UsingwindowsAPI function to realize the image form and visual interface of mosaic.Finally, the issuanceof the software package.Based on the visualization software testing, and by comparing and analyzing the data oftheoretical model and actual model, can achieve the requirements, has practical engineeringapplication value and significance.
