In this paper, the vane pump which is used for the thermal torpedo system was taken as the research objects, and its structure optimization and elimination of vibration was analyzed and researched integrative.In this paper, the vane pump's working property was researched, which include the vane pump's structure property, the using property of the liquid which is used by the vane pump, the request of the using environment etc, and establish the optimization mode of the stator curve and the touching force of the vane, optimize the two aspect integrative and obtain the results. In addition, the performance parameters of the vane pump's ameliorated structure and the original structure was compared, it is stated that, the optimized stator curve's performance is much better than the original structure's both in the series and the change range of the curve's first derivative to the fourth derivative, also the touching force of the vane is much less than the new vane which has the optimized top curve, and there did not occur the phenomenon that the touching force of the vane is negative.The rotor and the shell of the vane pump were ameliorated, the vibration noise of the vane pump has been reduced much better. Using the software- Pro/E, to establish the three dimension modal of the main parts of the vane pump's structure and assemble all the parts of the vane pump, amelioration of the vane pump to the performance of the vibration noise profoundly. Finally, used the finite element analysis software-ANSYS, the modal analysis of the vane pump's main parts were taken, the effect of the amelioration of the vane pump's structure to the vibration noise was analyzed profoundly, the result states that, the modal resonance frequency of the stator and the pump shell whose some parts of material was replaced with the damping material declines much bigger than the original structure, and their low frequency vibration mode shape occur in the damping material mainly, its vibration noise is low frequency...
