Research On Transformation Design Of Traditional Residential Buildings In Lan An Town

As the largest number of folk architecture,the most widely distributed region and area of the architectural form-residential,because of the different natural and human environment and different styles and styles.With the rapid development of economy,some cities and towns in the construction of excessive pursuit of modern flavor and high efficiency,there have been many design schemes were applied and copied,resulting in the loss of distinctive local characteristics of these towns,in the subsequent development of their own positioning difficulties,development suffered serious obstacles.This paper takes Lan'an Town of Luding County as the research object,analyzes its geographical characteristics,characteristic regional culture,local residents' production customs,living habits and national beliefs,and finds that the traditional houses in Lan'an Town have some problems,such as weak protection of traditional houses,disordered style of new houses and loss of regional culture with special characteristics.According to the above problems,the basic principles for the transformation of Lan'an Town's traditional dwellings are established: taking life function as the center,meeting the increasing needs of modern residents to the greatest extent;introducing modern design concepts while retaining the shrines,small green tiles roof,along with the use of wooden walls and palindrome decoration with local ethnic characteristics.Color architectural elements,inherit the characteristics of regional style and features,to the contemporary aesthetic perspective of Lan'an Town to rationalize the transformation of traditional dwellings.This paper analyzes its transformation value from four aspects of economy,culture,society and science: carrying forward Guiqiong culture,reshaping the red revolutionary history,creating the red classical tourism route,vigorously developing tourism,driving the economic development of Lan'an Town,optimizing the industrial layout,and strengthening the protection and inheritance of traditional dwellings.In view of the existing problems such as disordered spatial functions,traffic flow lines crossing and loss of features of buildings,the main functional spaces such as fire house and shrine are re-divided rationally,the living space is increased and the use space is simplified;the indoor streamline is redesigned,and the flow line of toilets is introduced from the outside into the interior to increase the production.Living convenience,public toilets are renovated to improve environmental hygiene conditions;modern facilities such as solar panels are installed to improve the applicability of traditional dwellings;special architectural elements such as roofs of small green tiles and masonry foundations are retained to improve regional identification;and the original mixed roads are subdivided into motor lanes and non-motor vehicles.Road,widen the road surface,pave green planting and traffic diversion,for future tourism development,traffic dredging to make adequate preparations;add garbage collection stations,scientific collection and treatment of domestic waste,take the road of green,healthy and sustainable development.
