Internationally,the European debt crisis spins out of control.,and American sovereign credit rating was lowered.Chinese economy also was affected the world economy,gradually began to slow down the pace.With the domestic home appliances to the countryside policy termination,the sluggish growth of home appliance market one disaster after another,so the refrigerator industry is no exception.About the domestic market segmentation from the refrigerator,as living standards gradually improve domestic three door product to replace the dominant position of two door products.Three door refrigerator was more capacity,more fine,fresh keeping better and other advantages,but the price of three door has little difference with traditional double door.In 2010 the three refrigerator sales accounted for the entire refrigerator sales increased from 26% to 34%,even the overall refrigerator market slowdown situation in 2011,but three door refrigerator are still firm in have litre,up 32% year on year increase.In order to respond to changes in the market,many brands started to raise three door the competitiveness of products,rich product line of three door.Large volume has become the development trend of large volume,then the three door will become the next hot spot.As refrigerator industry benchmarking,Haier introduce three door big frozen products of the overall volume about 270 L,that greater than the ordinary products about 230 L.The product about frozen volume more than 90 L products get a good return on the market.Because the European style of Midea refrigerator gradually withdraw,large volume three door section appeared the blank.In order to seize the original market share and enhance the brand influence,Midea decided to develop a new generation of large volume three doors with industry leading design based.Through analysis in market,three door product line was upgraded from the perspective of freezing first of all,and developed large volume high frozen series of three door refrigerator.According to the big freeze three door project to start recording during work,how to take the design strategy of competitive products,how to project development and management.First,we collected the interview data from the market,and planed design input after the industrial design was completed.We introduce the process of promoting the whole value chain from engineering into products in the market according to the product life cycle.Aiming at the opponent We propose a different competitive strategy,that is different the following strategy in the past.Depending on the user,we designed a different point of difference and kept same cost.Aiming at the industrial design development,describes the design of a division of labor,that is no longer the traditional single soldier combat.We proposed the abnormity cutting technology and stealth display about exterior design.In interior design,we puts forward the tray and the wine rack combination belonging to the industry's first,and reduces the cost by 40% in the same function.The middle variable greenhouse is proposed using a drawer to reflect a large volume of visual effect,and the concept of simultaneous application of double insulation launched the moonlight box of selling point.Thesis tells the story of the entire development process about the continuation of life until the birth of a new generation.Cost control runs through the whole development process,and industrial design and development stage of division of labor is different from the traditional design management.this cycle management mode and implementation of creative impetus process all reflects the new academic value.
