Evaluation Methods, Based On The Green Product Life Cycle Of The Refrigerator

Along with the environment polluted progressively badly, the truth presented in front of people that global warming potential and ozone depleting potential makes human consciousness to the harm caused by unreasonable transformation. The refrigerator as a kind of home appliances has gone deep into people's lives. As people's living standards improved gradually,the demand for refrigerators increased. At present, the refrigerators invested in the market between eighties and nineties has been scrapped. In this transitional period, it's significant for the future of humanity to evaluate of the green degree of refrigerators. At the same time, the evaluation can be used for providing the basis for standards organizations, the criterion for manufacturers, the reference for consumers choosing the better products. In this paper, first of all, the author describes the concepts green products and life cycle and analyzes the domestic and foreign development situation. Then, describe the life cycle of refrigerators meticulously. It's from production to using and recycling process. For the entire life cycle of refrigerator, the author establishes indexes of the evaluation of refrigerator, and gathers data of the indexes preparing for the evaluation of green degree of refrigerator. In the evaluation process, there are many kinds of methods. The objection of the dissertation is choosing a simple method that is suitable for refrigerators. In this paper,evaluate the green degree of refrigerators by weighted sum method and analyze the result. It's clear at a glance analyzing the green degree of refrigerators by matrix methods. It's conducive for us to take targeted measures to produce green products that the author combines the green assessment with producing, using and recycling processes. Similar to the energy efficiency label, we need found a green logo to raise public awareness of saving energy and protecting the environment. Consumers can choose good performance of green products firstly for contributing to the sustainable development of human beings.
