With the development of science and technology, the application of the computer technology and micro-electronic device is more and more extensive. Based on this, there is a leap of the quality on the accuracy, sensitivity, reliability and automation degree with the intelligent meters. Therefore, the higher requirements to the verification device is put forward on the insulation resistance meter. The test research institute of Hunan province electric power company has a GZX-92G insulation resistance meter calibration device, the control system of the device was backward and isolated, the report generation and information query were completed by the artificial, which is complicated operation, low test efficiency and may not meet the requirement of automatic verification on the insulation resistance meter. Hence, the requirement of the automation reconstruction was proposed. The project is a cooperation project of Hunan University and Hunan province electric power research institute of State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC)——Research of the insulation resistance meter verification system.Based on a large number of related references at home and abroad and the inspection of related equipment, the calibration principle of insulation resistance meter calibration device were analyzed in detail by this thesis. The insulation resistance meter automatic test system design schemes were also put forward. Considering the efficiency and accuracy of case and combining with the original verification device in Hunan province electric power research, an new insulation resistance meter verification system is developed.The thesis was divided into five chapters. Firstly, the functional requirement of the insulation resistance meter calibration system has been analyzed. And then, the input and output relationship and the structure of verification system is introduced. The system based on MCU + PC two levels of information processing core, the MCU controller through USB bus information interaction between CH375 and PC or interface between Bluetooth model and PC. The verification is based on Windows XP and above 2010 for the operating system environment of C++ Builder development platform. To ensure the detection precision, the stability and reliability design are studied. Secondly, the hardware design and main software flow were given, the database design method was also detailed. The Hardware anti-interference design method of the system and the system measurement uncertainty evaluation method were discussed. Finally, the results of actual test system were given.The experimental results show that the automatic calibration system realized the automatic detection of insulation resistance meter and met the requirements of the verification system in technical and economic.
