With the development of IOT system application and Smart Home technology,many products at home has realized intelligent control.Mobile phone has achieved adjustment of indoor brightness and color.Remote control of rice cooker's cooking also come true.And other intelligent control applications like remote switchers of air-condition has already very far from new.In this thesis,I hope the measurement of water,gas and heat will be also listed to collaboration of Smart Home,and solve problems in meters reading and bill payment.When user went to the property management center to pay water bill or went to the bank to pay gas bill,most people evidently prefer to check the bill and make the remittance on the same platform,which means you can pay your bill on site immediately after bills checking.Regarding to Bluetooth technology,it is theoretically feasible to realize the intelligent operation on civil meters reading and payment arrangement by installation of Bluetooth module 4.0 on the existing meters.In this way,the problems in current civil meters measurement of water,gas and heat,which focusing on in-home meter reading and fees payment,are readily solved.As the utilizing of Bluetooth technology on meters measurement of gas,water and heat,Bluetooth meters reading solution realized wireless meters reading at low cost and low power consumption.Power consumption of Bluetooth connection is sharply reduced by meter's automatic timing reporting.Compare to household network mold,traditional wireless meter reading way has a lower success rate,which relays on the extra installation of collector and repeater.Smart metering(intelligent water meter,intelligent gas meter,intelligent heat meter)with payment system collector and Bluetooth transceiver function realized indoor short-distance meter reading by taking household as unit of network forming to avoid complicated environment structure,so as to get efficient reading results and to avoid electricconstruction difficulty of connector.The collecting device in payment system gets electricity from household unit and use Wi-Fi network in home to make data settlement with the supplier.Family payment system shows the detailed usage of water,gas and heat,and use online payment,which solved the problem of cumbersome process in supply unit for periodically bill payment when we use IC card meters,wireless meters or other meters molds before.The family payment system calculates the daily consumption and indicates the result to users for checking every day,and it also supports the supply unit usage date for payment settlement punctually every month.In this way,the bill settlements are well displayed that it's easy and convenient for user to checking family usage and pay the bills online,which achieved the goal that to settle the bills payment of water,gas and heat at home.
