With the continuous development of social economy,the construction of the power grid put forward higher requirements.With the development of science and technology,the construction of smart grid is the inevitable trend of power system development.Due to the implementation of the smart grid construction strategy soon,the level of intelligent power grid construction in an area,what are the problems and deficiencies.This is a realistic problem in front of decision makers.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the development level of smart grid in order to get an objective and accurate result.This paper analyzed the research status of the comprehensive evaluation of smart grid,based on the combination evaluation theory,the evaluation index of the demand analysis as the foundation,proposed 6 principles of smart grid evaluation,namely automation level,interactive level,information construction,safety and reliability,economic benefits and environmental friendly.Under the various standards,the establishment of a number of indicators,these indicators are objective and quantitative indicators,and closely related to the development of the power grid.This paper puts forward a combined evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and uses the method of combining subjective and objective weights to determine the weight of index.The subjective weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the objective weight is determined by the entropy weight method.Select the 7 county power network in an area as the research object,using the improved TOPSIS evaluation of each of the regional power grid intelligent construction,evaluation results of ranking results is each area of smart grid level,and evaluate the results of the brief analysis.The evaluation methods of improved TOPSIS method can accurately reflect the various levels of power grid intelligent building development level based on this,find out the construction of intelligent power grid,and provide reference for the construction of smart grid.
