With the rapid development and increasingly fierce market competition of automobile industry and in orderd to keep a certain competitive, enterprises must taked effective measures to optimize the production process management, costed reduction and efficiency. Aimed at the problem of backward production organization mode, management idea and low efficiency of some automobile manufacturing enterprises in China, this paper designed a set of multi-functional ANDON system applied in the actual production site. The system is a set of tailored personalized system according to enterprise demand, which can realize effective control of the complex process flow, it has important significance to enhance the market competitiveness and working efficiency of car companies.This paper introduced the domestic and international research status and development trend of the ANDON system firstly, and the basic situation of jiangling group liangcheng auto parts components company limited stamping factory, focuses on the analysis the production process management problems of the stamping factory faced.Secondly, aimied at the problems of the industrial field environment complex, communication interference etc. The topic was on the basis of fully understand the stamping workshop status and the overall layout, adopted RS485 bus and ethernet way to build a set three layer network structure of multi-functional ANDON system of the combination of field information collection, production process management and production information management. It solved the seamless integration between between computer and PLC and between computer problems, and layed a solid foundation for the stable operation of the system.Finally, according to the actual stamping process of the stamping factory and project technical requirements, the topic completed the design and development of the software and hardware of the multifunctional ANDON system which integrates control and management functions. The system adopted CPM2 AH PLC of Omron series, mainly completed to collectthe abnormal button information, the control of three alarm lamp and music alarm horn. The system completed the display and management of LED screen through ethernet. The management software adopted Delphi7.0 development platforms to design, completed the design of system server and computer programming, improved the transparency of production to realize the paperless office, improved production efficiency to reduce manufacturing cost, optimized producti on process management.This paper main researched results: we solved the plant production organization mode and poor management thought and the low efficiency problem through the design and development of multifunctional ANDON system, conducived to the production process information data collecting, sharing and processing. It was not only meeted the enterprise demand for information as well as lean manufacturing management, made the stamping production line for efficient operation, and reduced the manufacturing cost of enterprise, enhanced the market competitiveness of enterprises has a successful significance.
