As the essence of traditional Chinese medicine,the acupuncture technique has its unique effect in the treatment of certain aspects of sciatica.In this paper,at the begging,study with acupuncture technique, combine with the paralysis of sciatica medicine, to devise acupuncture and moxibustion instrument as an overall design goal. Due to the progressive development of the technology, the traditional moxibustion has been unable to keep up with the trend of the times, the laser acupuncture moxibustion apparatus,combined with the parallel mechanism as the main mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion instrument.Firstly, according to the existing method of locating points, acupuncture features of this study are designed to meet the distribution point location algorithm.Secondly, through the analysis of the characteristics of the distribution of points,what could conclude that the requirements for the body to meet the requirements of acupuncture and moxibustion for two translation and one rotation. Integrated the mechanism optimized to meet the requirements, a comprehensive assessment of the combined out of the agencies in accordance with the relevant standards, draw the best institutions. And then the bodies are preferably out of the preliminary analysis.Thirdly, analyzing the kinematics and other aspects of the optimization mechanism, forward and inverse solution equation of acupuncture mechanism.Calculated by the distribution of the relative position of acupoints related organization size, and then use MATLAB programming to obtain the workspace.Finally, the three-dimensional model of acupuncture and moxibustion mechanism is obtained, and get the mechanism model results. The mechanism model is imported into the ADAMS software for analysis and simulation. According to the positive and inverse solutions of the acupuncture and moxibustion mechanism,obtain the relevant data.then import the ADAMS model equations and carried out verification mechanism output characteristics. According to the characteristics of acupuncture, through the establishment of a virtual prototype virtual acupuncture,feasibility validation.In this paper, The work of this paper for the research and application ofacupuncture mechanism provides a theoretical basis, the establishment of virtual prototype verify the feasibility, provide a reasonable basis for the subsequent physical production, but also to promote the development of acupuncture techniques.
