Currently large dedicated self-adjusting automatic leveling system is widely used flat platform,which is mainly used for industrial processes and military equipment leveling fields.Whether or not the level of the platform to meet the exact needs of the measurement results depends not only on the measurement accuracy,but also depends on automatic leveling system equipment itself,the position and orientation accuracy,so the development of a way to maintain a long time,high accuracy,reliability,maintainability strong self-leveling system,is a very important job.Aiming at the actual needs of large,self-leveling platform leveling accuracy,mainly from the aspects of self-leveling overall program design,design leveling hydraulic system,hydraulic system modeling and simulation and experimental process in a bid to carry out in-depth research,the use of AMESim simulation software simulation of the hydraulic system,by comparison with the experimental results,and ultimately determine the rationality and reliability of the leveling system design.In this paper,completed mainly include the following aspects:1.Design of the overall program of automatic leveling.In an extensive analysis and summarized at home and abroad based automatic leveling technology,it analyzes the automatic leveling system of the whole process put forward specific leveling the overall program to determine the most reasonable way and leveling support leveling methods;the work of the platform measured calm leveling device has been designed,and model work platform modeled analysis through Matlab programming based on the realization of data processing.2.Design and simulation of hydraulic leveling system.In order to meet the leveling system work requirements,design a viable leveling hydraulic system,initially set the basic parameters for the simulation analysis provides the raw data;focus on flat swap mathematical model of the hydraulic system were studied;hydraulic simulation software AMESim and introduced the use of this software for leveling hydraulic system design is modeled simulation,flow through the jack and displacement curve to analyze the correctness of the hydraulic system simulation model.3.Experimental platform and analysis.Combined leveling and working condition analysis program,the entire leveling system experiments were carried out by comparing the experimental results with the simulation results verify the feasibilityand scientific automatic leveling hydraulic system solutions.Other large-scale research platform self-leveling automatic leveling system laid a technical foundation.
