Platform leveling system can make non-horizontal state of the platform automatically be adjusted to level state. This system is aiming at meeting the demand for device working in normal situation under level state. Platform leveling technology mainly used in leveling device which is required a higher level degree in mechanical engineering. It can also used for leveling of radar vehicles and other military equipment. With the continuous development of leveling technology, the requirements for accuracy and time of leveling will be increased at the same time. So the research of how to improve the precision leveling of leveling platform and shortening time of leveling has great significance.Based on vehicle platform, theoretical analysis and simulation are together used in this research of platform leveling process.Research status and development trend of domestic and foreign are fully researched and collected about platform leveling technology. On basis of data, the electro-hydraulic proportional control technology is applied in this topic. According to general technical requirements of vehicle platform leveling system and by comparative analysis about different program which include leveling mode, drive mode, supporting way and so on, the advantages and disadvantages are summarized about these programs. On basis of summary and actual working requirement of this topic, four-point hydraulic support and electro-hydraulic proportional control technology are uncertainty used in this platform leveling system. Technical difficulties and corresponding measures in this topic are analyzed simultaneously.According to analysis and comparison common leveling strategy, the best leveling scheme is get, including leveling method and leveling process. The hydraulic transmission parts of hydraulic leveling system are analyzed and calculated in vehicle platform. What’s more, hydraulic schematics is intended and main hydraulic components are calculated and selected.Finally, the influence of control theory to simulation results is analyzed by AMESim and Simulink. Parameters in control system module get modified by analysis for simulation results and satisfactory simulation results are obtained ultimately. The results show that this leveling system meet the requirements of design and establish foundation for research of follow-up prototype about vehicle platform leveling system.
