Earthquake is a natural disaster which caused the loss of all the most serious geological disasters to human society. Earthquake Disaster Emergency Rescue is a complicated systematic project, and timely supply of emergency relief supplies is the most important work of rescue, which will help protect people's lives and safety, greatly reducing the heavy losses caused by the earthquake. Therefore, study of earthquake disaster emergency supplies delivery route is very necessary.Take the Zhaotong earthquake emergency logistics as research background. First, this article analyses Zhaotong's city situation, the history of earthquakes and earthquake emergency logistics current situation and finds the distribution problems in the earthquake emergency supplies. And then starts studying earthquake emergency distribution route model and algorithm, providing a method for solving the problem. Based on the earthquake emergency distribution's that should have timeliness, weak economy, dynamic characteristics, this paper introduces the key nodes, transforming the dynamic route emergency distribution problem into a number of discrete points in time delivery route static problem, constructing distribution routing optimization model that taking shortest delivery time as target and concluding multiple distribution centers and demand points. Using a sweep algorithm to assign points to the emergency needs of the distribution center. Taking into account the requirements of dynamic decision making quick decisions, using simple and feasible C-W algorithm to solve it. Finally, establishes emergency supplies and distribution network of Zhaotong City, applying the model and algorithms to instances of Zhaotong City, plans a earthquake emergency supplies delivery route for the Emergency Rescue Decision Zhaotong City, to promote the region's emergency improve the logistics system.
