Rockfill dam as one of the important type of the earth and rockfill dam,with its safety,economy and applicability,have been widely used in recent years.However,with aging and long-term projects disrepair,many of rockfill dam reinforcement needed to lift the safe operation of the risks,to reach the normal reservoir function and then restoration design of irrigation benefit.In this thesis,combination with the practical situation of Tong Zi Lun reservioir dam project,using a variety of numerical analysis softwarefor dam seepage and the slope stability analysis.Through calculation comparison,confirm the best anti-seepage measures to Tong Zi Lun reservioir dam.The main research content is as follows:(1)Comprehensive review the rockfill dam anti-seepage measures commonly used at home and abroad,then analysis the main application situation and research status of concrete face seepage control and geomembrane seepage control for systems.(2)Systematic analysis the dangerous situation for Tong zi lun reservoir dam and comprehensive evaluate the prominent problems of dam leakage,as a result,put forward three kinds of anti-seepage reinforcement measures,including geomembrane seepage control,concrete face seepage control and the clay inclined wall seepage control.(3)Used Seep/W module of Geo-Studio and seepage analysis software Li Zheng to study the three measures of geomembrane seepage control,concrete face seepage control and the clay inclined wall seepage control under different four water level conditions of seepage control effect.Compare the three measures of leakage,seepage line and exit gradient and so on.On the basis of seepage analysis,the article calculated the stability of slidingresistance by the Slope/W module of Geo-Studio and stability analysis software FLAC3D,the minimum safe values of dam slope in the three kinds of anti-seepage measures under different water levels is obtaind and compared,with the standard value,then correct evaluation of dam stability situation and provide choices for Tong Zi Lun reservoir dam seepage control measures.(4)Comprehensive results of the three measures and the economic and technical comparison,to determine best anti-seepage measures of Tong Zi Lun reservioir dam is composite geomembrane seepage control.(5)The main mechanical properties and type selection of the composite geomembrane by experimental studies,so as to determine the thickness and varieties of composite geomembrane and to provide basis for the design of rockfill dam and the selection of composite geomembrane.Practice has proved that Tong Zi Lun with composite geomembrane anti-seepage reinforcement in 2012,the dam leakage has been effectively controlled,either upstream or downstream dam slope stability meet the requirements,to guarantee the safety of the dam.Therefore,the selected anti-seepage measure is feasible and effective,composite geomembrane can be used in a similar application in dam reinforcement project in the future.
