Regeneration Planning Study Of The Urban Village In Historical Urban Area Of Gaochun

In the process of fast urbanization in our country, along with the gradually expanding of city, some of the original village has been surrounding by urban construction and has been part of the city, finally forming urban village. Relatively, as the space form and living environment of village have large difference from city, so the regeneration of urban village has attracted attention by governments. From the perspective of government, they hope to improve overall urban environmental quality by the regeneration of urban village. From the perspective of villager, they hope to improve living conditions of the residents and obtain the corresponding benefit guarantee by the regeneration of urban village. Then, developers hope to make money during the engineering project. Because of the three party's standpoint is not consistent, there would appear all kinds of conflicts of interest during the process.This research will focus on the urban village in historical urban area of Gaochun as the research object, try to build a model about the directivity of the regeneration in 14 sample urban villages, and present more targeted, strategy based on the research of current situation characteristic, benefit claim and the development condition of these urban villages.This paper is mainly composed of six chapters. The first chapter is introduction. In case to put forward the necessity of this research, this chapter analyses the conundrum and origin of the regeneration of urban village. The second chapter takes the existing correlation theory as an example to provide research foundation and regulatory policy support for the research of the urban village in historical urban area of Gaochun. In order to propose more targeted solutions, the third chapter focuses on the formation process and current situation of the urban village in historical urban area of Gaochun. The fourth chapter carries on the investigation to the benefit claim of the Interest related parties. It will help to put forward a more targeted strategy of urban village. In the fifth chapter, we will research the model and planning strategies for the urban village in historical urban area of Gaochun based on a consideration of the government planning guidance, the benefit claim of the villager, present situation characteristic, the overall interests of the city and the position of the planner. The last chapter is the summary of the paper. It expresses the main research conclusions and the shortcomings of the paper. Finally, I hope the study will be further improved by continuously discussed.
