Research Of Spatial Integration Strategy Of Zhuhai Cuiwei Village Under The Background Of Urban Regeneration

Along with change of times and improvement of technology,the city's functions and characteristics are constantly evolving.Meanwhile people's demand and understanding of the city have also been developed.Research and construction of urban regeneration arise at this historic moment.First appeared in western countries,urban regeneration is the revival and development strategy of old industrial cities.Spatial integration as an important research topic of urban renewal research makes a significant guidance for the entire urban regeneration.In this paper,Zhuhai Cuiwei Village is the example of space transformation project,and through research,summary and introspection of its transformation,this paper studies the strategy of urban renewal and spatial integration of Lingnan culture.The paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which is to study the purpose and significance of urban regeneration and spatial integration.The second part mainly related to literature research and case analysis through the study of relevant theories and cases at home and abroad,and through the summary and analysis of excellent examples to obtain applicable evidences for spatial transformation.The third part is a basic discussion of the case of this project,introducing the relevant background of Zhuhai development and the in-depth study of Cuiwei Village.To explore the main factors that restrict the renewal of the entire village by studying the village's history,culture,current situation and demands from different parties and to further analyze and research.The fourth part,through the overall positioning of the project,analyzes the land use strategy,puts forward reasonable methods of functional composition optimization and spatial integration,and introduces in detail the transformation ideas and specific methods of spatial integration of the project.The fifth part,through the transformation of Cuiwei village,summarizes the principal points,and discuses the traditional factors and regional factors in detail,and studies in-depth of the two factors of protection and regeneration strategy.This topic mainly studies the Lingnan Guangfu area represented by Zhuhai Cuiwei Village directed against the spatial transformation of the old villages in the city,aiming to provide feasible suggestions and solutions for the urban transformation of cities located in this area and the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macau Greater Bay Area.
