Reinforcement Technology Research Of Existing Bridge Pile Foundation In Water

Pile foundation reinforcement is more difficult and very important part in the bridge maintenance.Based on the project of Wenzhou Dongou large Bridge passing through the Wenzhou city,this paper carried out the research on the reinforcement technology of existing bridge pile foundation in Water by means of data collection,scheme research,field measured data analysis,etc.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the consideration of the engineering economic,security,efficiency and applicability,durable,environmental protection and other aspects,the reinforcement with single-walled steel cofferdam structure was determined under the bridge pile foundation,and the detail design and checking calculation of the structure form and inner structure were given,and the steel cofferdam of bridge hoisting auxiliary facilities of two lifting device and a guiding device was developed,and finally discusses the construction technology and technical measures of single-walled steel cofferdam.(2)The design of the steel sleeve reinforcement of bridge pile foundation was analyzed,and the fabrication of the steel sleeve,hoisting and installation are described in detail.At the same time,it was focused on steel sleeve filling material,including perfusion mortar segregation,ordinary cement mortar perfusion,injecting water non dispersed concrete,filled with epoxy resin mortar.Through the comparative analysis of these four filler application,the perfusion mortar segregation is suitable for the bridge foundation reinforcement in deep water.At last,the construction technology of steel sleeve technology was analyzed,and can provide certain reference function for the next similar engineering construction.(3)Taking Wenzhou Dongou bridge as the research object,the general situation of the project was introduced in detail,and systematically summarizing the quality problems existing in the project.Presently,many piles are damaged and need to repair in the Dongou bridge water,which also has some very serious pile breakage.Therefore,there exists certain security danger,affecting the safety of the bridge.Based on these contents,this paper provides the measures of the steel cofferdam and steel sleeve technology to reinforce the Dongou bridge pile foundation,and the application effect is also analyzed.
