| As the road bridge collapse accident occurred frequently in recent years Road safety inspection is particularly important.There are two kinds of technologies in the modern road tests:destructive testing technology and nondestructive testing technology.Nondestructive testing technology is applied more and more widely for its unique advantage.Ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology is one of the most common way,it utilizes the ultrasonic’s performance difference in the measured object and its fault propagation process,analysis the reflection、transmission 、transmitting and receiving time of the ultrasonic to detect the concrete internal defects,holes,cracks,etc.In this paper,the ultrasonic detection system can be widely used in Nondestructive testing of The internal structure and defect of the concrete,composite fault,stone,etc.Including ultrasonic sending and receiving array,50 KHZ ultrasonic signal,signal processing,etc.this system utilizes One-way pulse reflection technology for describing the internal structure of measured object,in order to detect measured object’s mixed with impurities,void,rip,separation between layers and other defects in the material.it can be also used in the evaluation of construction quality.The main technical route this paper adopts is as follows:(1)Study the principle of Ultrasonic pulse reflection method and pulse transmission method.Design a reflection method ultrasonic detection system.Design the ultrasonic probe structure and Ultrasonic array transceiver,and calculate the distance between each array element.(2)Use STM32F407 produce ultrasonic launch waveform,the cycle of the 50 KHZ ultrasonic is 20μs.The controller is totally enough for its working frequency.Power amplifier section,Using chips and IRFP460 IR2117 pulse amplification power field effect tube,it makes up for the insufficient of the general operational amplifier’s weak current driving ability.(3)Wear-resistant ceramic contact contacts with the measured object at the front end of every array element,there is a independent spring suspension structure at every array element’s back-end.If we use phased array,it will make the whole array plane contact with the rough measured object closely.This structure design provide a kind of technology which can be used on the rough plane for a long time.(4)Receiving and processing of ultrasonic signals.Amplify and filter thereceived signal,in order to eliminate environmental noise and smooth the ladder signal.the Band-pass filter circuit is adopted in the design.Send the processed data to STM32F407 single chip microcomputer. |
