Energy Loss Reduction Plan Of Liaoyang County Power Grid

With the rapid of development of China’s economy, energy consumption increases every year, but energy efficiency is far lower than the international advanced level, which severely limits the implementation of China’s sustainable development strategy. Therefore, the state proposed the creation of a resources-saving economic and social development goals. To respond positively to national development requires energy services industry, the State Grid Corporation requires each provincial companies to speed up reducing loss and saving energy, in order to promote the economic operation of power grid, so it is very important to design reasonable county network energy loss reduction plan for an economic, efficient, green power grid.This paper outlines the method of energy-saving planning of Dengta county power grid. Dengta Power must be closely around the objectives and requirements of saving energy and reducing loss. By strengthening energy loss reduction plan, reducing the loss reduction by technical and optimizing the grid structure and operation mode, the economic operation level of power grid will improve, the grid loss will be reduced. This paper deeply analyzes the saving energy and reducing loss of Dengta Power are faced with the situation and the main problems. According to the actual situation of Dengta Power, the energy-saving plan will be put forward from four aspects: planning loss reduction, the loss reduction by technical, operation loss reduction and management loss reduction. At the same time, the calculation methods of theoretical line loss are researched and analysed. The line loss of the status quo and planning years are calculated and analyzed to guide energy conservation and loss reduction goals, accelerate the process of construction of modern energy-saving power grid. Finally the two aspects of economic and social benefit are analyzed the benefit of energy conservation and loss reduction to enhance the rationality of power grid structure and pay more attention to the efficiency of the power grid operation, improving the level of personnel quality could achieve the optimal allocation of grid resource. Striving to technical loss reduction and management loss reduction will play a biggest role in the power grid, and it also help tap the potential of Dengta energy-saving, to create a green,energy-saving and efficient Dengta grid.
