The realization of data sharing is the inevitable requirement of the development of smart grid. Intelligent substation uses the IEC61850 standard, and use of the substation configuration language SCL to describe the substation equipments,which leading to the equipment condition monitoring data that acquired by the substation monitoring system(SCADA system) according to SCL model;while the electric power applications in the Electric Power Dispatch Center side accords with the IEC61970 standard,and use of the common information model to describe objects in power system. The difference of the data model leads to the equipment condition data in the Substation which accords with the SCL model can not be effectively used in the Electric Power Dispatch Center.In order to solve the data exchange difficulties caused by the difference data model of the dispatching center and the Substation,this paper gives an data integrated scheme based on model conversion,and the scheme realizes the integration of equipment condition data of SCL model orient to CIM model.At the same time considering the efficieny of integration and storage, we introduces cloud computing technology, and achieved an high efficient integrated and reliable storage to the condition data of substation equipment. The main research results are as:(1) Gives an integration scheme based on model transformation,and using the Hbase database to store the CIM model,at the same time,according to the“resources-attributes-values” three tuple representation method,we design the storage mode of CIM instance data,which realized the efficient storage of equipment condition monitoring data that according with the CIM model, these data come from model transformation.(2) Also the scheme gives the GDA data access interface that based on Spark,in which we implemente the acess to the condition data stored in an three tuple mode.And the query results are encapsulated as CIM/XML file format,these data files are provided in the standard format for power applications based on CIM modeling.(3) In light of the heterogeneous problem of SCL and CIM model during the data integration, the ontology technology is introduced, we constructed the ontology of SCL and CIM model,and established the mapping relationship between SCL and CIM model by using the improved Multi Strategy ontology matching method that based on linguistic features and structure features,and this provides the basis ofmapping for the substation with SCL model data to the CIM model data conversion.(4) We built an small spark cluster platform, on which using the substation condtition data provided by EPRI,we taked an integrated processing experiment for substation SCD/XML files to CIM / XML file.As well as we conducted the import and query experiment on the cluster platform using simulation data,comparing with the single system, it verified the feasibility and high efficiency of the scheme that presented.
