In the context of the national “ultra-high voltage grid” and "smart grid" to promote the overall, the internet of things(IOT) technology has been widely used in power generation, transmission, substation, distribution and is being the concern and favor of the power grid enterprises increasingly. As the core of IOT, radio frequency identification(RFID) technology made considerably development and passed the market test. RFID technology is becoming more stable and mature, provides a set of advanced, reliable and efficient practical technical scheme for the modern enterprise information management.At present, in power grid construction, substation building installation engineering involves many kinds of professional and crosses operation, and is difficult to control the construction process, and poorly controlled in construction process, divisional engineering process and management, especially for UHV substation construction which has large management workload and more participates and manufacturers, huge and complex infrastructure information management objects,is more difficult to control and easier lead timeliness difference and poor information authenticity phenomena. The “big construction” strategy launched by the State Grid Corporation has put in place construction management concept, mechanism and system, but because of the problem of data acquisition in the bottom layer, there is a series of problems, such as management distortion, poor information trace-ability,security monitoring and process control, which restricts the improvement of the management level of power grid enterprises to some extent.In view of the huge and complicated problems in the construction of power grid,the management method based on radio frequency identification(RFID) technology is proposed by this thesis. Using RFID tags to realize the dynamic labeling of engineering personnel and equipment information, and to achieve real-time positioning(RTLS), to provide real-time and accuracy of dynamic data for the monitoring and management of engineering project, combined with the actual situation of power grid construction, the construction enterprise management, gives the construction enterprises, construction site real-time, dynamic monitoring,management solutions, in order to achieve the goal of management to promote efficiency, to improve the management level of power grid construction enterprises.
