In recent years, China's power grid has developed rapidly, the scale of transmission network, voltage level, coverage are the world's most. But with the international advanced level of power grid, line loss of power network in China has always been high rate. Energy saving and emission reduction as the focus of research in the field of energy applications, has been raised to a new height. As an important equipment of power transmission, the power consumption of the transformer will be helpful to the energy saving. The loss of the transformer occupies a large proportion in the whole power loss, especially in the distribution network. Transformer iron core material directly affects the transformer no-load loss, no-load current, determine the transformer loss. Amorphous alloy iron core material used in amorphous alloy core distribution transformers is a non crystal alloy with prominent magnetic conductivity, which reduces the loss of the transformer. Compared with the current S9 series transformer, the amorphous alloy transformer has 26%.
