Study On The Feasible Mechanism Of Car-sharing Based On The Travel Choice

With the rising level of social economy, accelerating the pace of urbanization, the income of residents has improved continuously, the excessive use of resources, traffic congestion, environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious caused by urban development. Because the city car ownership increases year by year, vehicle emissions continues to rise, while the public transport efficiency decreases, the peak of the taxi difficult, it makes the city’s traffic can not be healthy and stable development. To be faced with the traffic jam, car-sharing has become a new means of travel tools, it makes residents have more choices.At present, car-sharing is in many parts of the country in different degrees of existence. The paper puts the feasible mechanism of car-sharing as the object of study, which has practical value and creativity. Meanwhile, facing with the chaotic passenger market, it provides a standardized, integrity development mode, for the sake of improving the efficiency of transportation, making energy saving and emission reduction, saving travel time and travel cost, reducing vehicle run times without passengers, achieving win-win situation with the owners and passengers.First of all, the paper takes a detailed analysis on car-sharing definition and nature, attributes the car-sharing to a form of “Internet Chauffeured Car”, and in behavior belongs to autonomy of contract, make it differ from Illegal operation, so that the research would have practical significance.Secondly, for the real-life residents who want to select the travel mode, it can be constructed the selection function model based on travel utility theory, built a utility function and can be chosen better results by contrasting in this paper. In order to find the travel condition of car-sharing, we can calculate the size of utility value, then use the effect error.Next, from the view of cars, the paper analyzes theoretical feasible mechanism of car-sharing from the view of expense and travel time cost. And taking Beijing as example, it analyzes practical feasibility of carrying out car-sharing in Beijing and predicts the future.In the end, with the increase of the number of car-sharing, a series of problems need to be solved urgently. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of car-sharing, we will provide recommendations, regulation and formulation of the car-sharing in this paper.Through the exploration of the car-sharing, the feasible mechanism and development of the road traffic process in the future has important significance. In order to extending car-sharing with scientifically and effectively, we could use the existing resources, improve operational efficiency, reduce operating costs, ease the pressure on the road. For car owners, passengers can avoid vehicles idling, waste of resources, while increasing the social communication, and promote social harmony; and from the perspective of residents, travel expenses reduced, travel is convenient, fast, comfortable degree also increases, to achieve a win-win situation.
