Our country is powerful in manufacturing.We have planned different industrial factories in the cities.The component types of industrial factories are different and the form of the space are complex.Once the industrial factories have a fire,it will produce great economic losses and casualties. In this paper, combining the characteristics of the industrial factories, in order to guarantee the reliability and economy of each systems,we make a research on systems of industrial factories.First of all,we study the water supply system of buildings in factory district. Through the analysis of the factory building to the requirement of water quality, water quantity, water pressure, using Analytic Hierarchy Process to identify the water supply way in different situations for the buildings. Expound the composition of industrial water consumption, we discuss the calculation formula of production consumption.Because of the characters that many type of using water and large water consumption, we puts forward the idea of water balance and zero emissions to reach the purpose of the saving water and saving energy,reducing the running cost.Then,in order to identify the flow of submersible sewage pump and operation scheme,we analyze the characteristics in fire pump room of using water.And discuss the drainage scheme when we leak fire pool empty. According to the spatial structure of warehouse, we discuss and determine the fire water drainage scheme in the warehouse. In view of the accident drainage scheme,we need to determine its industry,then determine the calculation formula of displacement of water by accident. And the factory buildings often have a big roof,so we discuss the considerations when selecting rainwater system.We also analyze overflow scheme to run off the rain.Finally,we study the fire fighting system of buildings in factory district. The composition of the district is complex, the spatial structure and function of the buildings are totally different, so the types of fire fighting systems are different.According to the characteristics of fire about the buildings,using Analytic Hierarchy Process to choose the best fire fighting system of the large space industrial buildings.The warehouse storage classification basis and features are analyzed, and we need to complete the condition to set up automatic sprinkler system in a, b, c class warehouse.To choose the appropriate voltage stabilizing pump,we need to choose right design parameters and compare calculation formula of the voltage stabilizing pump design parameter.For pump adapter, outdoor fire hydrant, fire pool water inlet, we discuss the relationship between each other.And we determine the setting location and the number of it.
