Research On Numerical Simulation And Application Of Curtain Grouting

The curtain grouting anti-seepage treatment is conventional engineering measures for water conservancy and Hydropower Project dam bedrock,can prevent seepage in the dam reservoir water or groundwater to the dam bedrock by curtain grouting.Through the curtain grouting drilling of dam bedrock,and high pressure pouring cement grout,prevention and control of groundwater seepage curtain formation.Therefore,in water conservancy and hydropower projects in the curtain grouting borehole,directly affect the quality of the forming effect of the curtain,the final curtain is able to effectively prevent the penetration is very important.In this paper,following the mechanical analysis,numerical simulation,ANSYS,simulation guiding the engineering application of the ideas,from the curtain grouting in the process of mechanical analysis of numerical simulation of the curtain grouting process.In curtain grouting process,due to the rotation of the drill,revolution and vibration,the drill in the drilling process because of the axial pressure and pulling force,centrifugal force,torque and friction,leading to drill in drilling process will appear curved drilling,which leads to the effect of the curtain grouting is unable to reach the design demand to will not only increase the workload of the grout curtain,may also result in the grouting in the bedrock is unable to form effective curtain to prevent penetration.In through the curtain grouting by mechanical analysis and numerical simulation based on,with curtain grouting engineering of a domestic concrete of hydropower construction project as an example,the software ANSYS,the curtain grouting for the mechanical analysis and numerical simulation,to draw up the curtain grouting project,and analysis difficult problems existing in the curtain grouting engineering.Combined with the related research achievements at home and abroad,according to the relevant engineering experience,the wirelinecore scheme of hydropower station dam curtain grouting project implementation project.And the curtain grouting in the process of drilling pressure control,the design and adjustment of the angle of grouting holes,the hole wall gap drill,drill bit and centralizer is distance adjustment adjustment is analyzed,in order to avoid drilling the curtain grouting in the process of bending and improving the effect of curtain grouting.
