Underwater Tunnel Section Ahead Of The Curtain Grouting Theory And Reliability Analysis

With the rapid development of tunnel construction recently, the curtain grouting technology of tunnel has been widely used and is considered the most effective measures of the reinforcement and water shutoff for surrounding rock. In sharp contrast, the study of the curtain grouting is limited in terms of theory and the analysis of engineering cases, which results in the lack of scientific, reasonable and effective advising for curtain grouting, the waste of human and material resources. There is still a lot of work needed to done and many problems needed to be solved about the curtain grouting technology of tunnel.Based on the engineering project of Liuyanghe tunnel, and Changsha Science and Technology Project (K0902027-11),'the development and application for the key control technology of mining methods of construction in shallow underwater tunnel in soft rock', the dissertation conducts a research of the curtain grouting technology of tunnel in terms of the theory, the engineering experience, the simulation of grouting and the reliability analysis, whose content include:1. The grouting theory is summarized, analyzed and discussed, on the basis of which the research of the curtain grouting theory of tunnel is conducted and expanded further with engineering cases;2. The possible engineering problem, along with its principle and solution, is pointed out after the full understanding of the grouting practice; useful suggestions are also provided;3. The excavation section of tunnel is simulated by the finite difference software, and the quantitative analysis for the grouting effect of the tunnel is also included;4. The elementary events of the curtain grouting are listed out and analyzed, and the approach and principle of reliability analysis for curtain grouting is obtained.
