In recent years,with the development of tourism industry,a new residential mode was gradually rising in Zhejiang rural area,agritainment.It was a combination of traditional rural residential building and commercial building.Firstly,Field surveys were taken in Anji Ligeng village,Quzhou Xiacheng village and Shengsi Tianao village including the basic families' situation,buildings situation,personnel activities and equipment usage.Secondly,the indoor thermal environment was test.Then,the author analyzed the Zhejiang rural buildings' development,household energy structure,influencing factors of building energy consumption.Results showed that the energy consumption of the rural buildings carried out agritainment management was much higher than traditional rural buildings.In the composition of building energy consumption,heating and cooling energy consumption was much higher than the hot water and household appliances in the kitchen.In all the factors of building energy consumption,often using area,air-conditioning units and using function of building were significant correlation with energy consumption.Family income,shape coefficient and window-wall area ratio were little correlation with building energy consumption.agritainment energy consumption was higher than traditional housing.Finally,There typical rural building was chosen and simulated by using Design builder software under present living mode(Practical situation)and business mode(Simulation situation)respectively.Furthermore,several energy saving measures were taken and the energy-saving effects were compared and analyzed.The results show that,in all improvement measures,it is the most effective by improving the thermal insulation performance of the external wall to reduce the building cooling and heating energy consumption.The second is to improve the thermal performance of windows and the sun-room.Compared with heat transfer coefficient of the glass,shading coefficient has an obvious impact on building energy consumption in Zhejiang rural area.The improvement of the roof and attic floor,has little impact on building energy consumption.
