With the development of society,the living environment of farmers has been greatly improved.Indoor comfort is becoming more and more important for rural residents.To improve the comfort of rural residents is also accompanied by the increase in the proportion of energy consumption in rural residential buildings.The main reason for the increase of energy consumption in rural residential buildings is the lack of scientific regulations in rural residential buildings.The unreasonable design of the layout,height and orientation seriously causes the waste of space and resources.The key problem of the construction and sustainable development of the rural residential buildings in the future is how to effectively reduce the energy consumption of the building and improve the indoor thermal environment comfort.The two links are to improve the energy-saving awareness of rural residents and speed up the study of building energy-saving technology.The author summarizes the current situation and typical residential forms of Chibi rural residence by means of questionnaire survey,field survey,literature review and so on.The main problems and influencing factors of Chibi rural residential building are analyzed.Combined with local practice,the energy saving strategies suitable for Chibi area are analyzed from four aspects: height,orientation,plane layout and outer enclosure structure.Finally,the typical rural residential buildings in this area are simulated and analyzed by DeST-h energy consumption simulation software to verify the feasibility of energy-saving strategy.The specific conclusions are as follows:Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: the main factors affecting the rural living comfort in this area are as follows: first,the factors of housing planning and construction,including the relatively random orientation of the housing,the high height of the storeys,The plane layout is unreasonable and lacks scientific planning;the second is the structural factors of the building itself,the envelope structure is relatively simple,and the thermal insulation materials are rarely used;the third is the social life factor.Main performance is farmer's life habit is poor and energy-saving consciousness is not strong.The conclusions of the simulation analysis are as follows: three the thermal insulation performance of the open type rural residential building is better than that of the two bay type residential building.If the orientation of the house is 15 °from the south to the south by the west,the overall load of the house will be reduced by about 3.5 degrees.Roofing material using 10 mm asphalt felt with 40 mm pebble 35 mm XPS.Changing the wall material to 240 mm clay porous brick 30 mm XPS 10 mm gypsum board whole building energy consumption can reduce about 40% energy consumption of local building can be reduced to 30% of the original building energy consumption by changing the monolayer glass to hollow glass;...
