In the context of energy conservation,promoting clean heating is of great significance to reduce heating energy consumption and improve energy efficiency.Some areas found it difficult to continue without subsidies,and the lack of electricity or gas resources made it difficult for farmers to pass the winter comfortably.In order to prevent the development of rural residential energy consumption in our country from taking the old road of high energy consumption in developed countries,the implementation of building insulation and energy saving transformation in rural areas is bound to be the necessary basic work of clean heating.The formulation of energy conservation strategy in northern villages and towns cannot copy the way of northern cities,but should conform to the actual situation of villages and towns,and choose the appropriate energy conservation technology path according to local conditions.This paper combined the characteristics of typical villages and towns in cold regions,such as building models,energy use patterns and personnel behavior habits,taked"energy saving rate of 65%","thermal comfort"and"economic suitability"as the goals,based on multi-factor technical scheme optimization model,with the combination of active and passive optimization concept as a guide to carry out the research,putted forward comprehensive energy saving technology suitable for cold areas to promote rural construction scheme.First of all,through field research,the plane form evolution,the current situation of envelope structure,the current situation of indoor thermal environment,the current situation of personnel behavior and habits,and the willingness of farmers to transform energy conservation in villages and towns in cold areas were mastered,so as to provide data support for the subsequent establishment of the benchmark model.It was found that there are no insulation measures for the building envelope in villages and towns,and the insulation performance is poor.The indoor thermal environment of buildings in villages and towns is not comfortable and needs to be improved.The three main factors,economy,low energy consumption and thermal comfort,should be attached importance to the energy saving reconstruction of rural buildings.Secondly,the benchmark building was taken as the research object and parameters were set according to the actual conditions of villages and towns in cold areas,this paper getted the energy consumption of heating and air conditioning of 37 simulation location.The energy consumption of heating and air conditioning was between 55.81 k Wh/m~2 and99.89 k Wh/m~2.By analyzing the change of heating and air conditioning energy consumption before and after the implementation of energy saving technical measures,the energy saving effect was quantified to make comparison and pave the way for subsequent energy saving improvement strategies.Thirdly,when the renovation costs that farmers can afford are limited,in order to better promote the energy-saving renovation in rural areas,individual renovation should be carried out on the buildings in rural areas.Through the sensitivity analysis and economic analysis of various passive parameters on energy consumption demand,the suggestions of single renovation of village and town buildings are obtained.It is suggested that the thermal insulation performance of roofs of buildings in villages and towns should be reformed first,followed by the performance of external Windows.The hollow double-layer glass with large solar heat gain coefficient and small heat transfer coefficient can reduce the energy consumption of heating and air conditioning in buildings in villages and towns.Finally,three optimization goals of energy saving technology strategy were determined,namely,the heating and air conditioning energy saving rate of 65%,thermal comfort,and economic fitness.A multi-objective and multi-factor technical scheme optimization model combining the multi-objective optimization algorithm NSGA-II and energy consumption simulation software Energy Plus was established.A technical scheme combining passive technology with passive priority and active promotion was proposed,which can achieve the goal of saving 65%of the annual energy consumption of heating and air conditioning and effectively prolonging the time of non-heating and air conditioning.In addition,recommended energy saving technology strategies suitable for rural and town buildings in cold areas were summarized.Through the heating energy consumption detection of two households in Beiyicheng Village,Zezhou County,Jincheng City,the effectiveness of the energy-saving transformation strategy was verified. |
